Tearaway Neon Fringe Dress

Neon fringe dress made from a base of beige powernet and thick layers of fringe, with halter neckline and open sides, trimmed in rhinestone banding. Constructed from three pieces (top front, bottom front, and back); the bottom front and back panels can be removed seperately to make the outfit get smaller and smaller before final reveal.
